Position Title: Data Wizard

Location: Southfield Michigan

Reports to: Project Manager

Required Experience for Data Wizard

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing and Data Analytics or related discipline (related experience may be substituted for degree requirement)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from internal and 3rd party data sets to support cross brand data sharing
  • Delivering information that tells a clear story and provides valuable and actionable insights
  • Exhibit understanding of statistics and a passion for marketing analytics
  • Ability to manipulate data with concise data transformation documentation
  • Convey analytic content verbally and in writing to non-technical team members
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and provide quick turnarounds while balancing multiple projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superb attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have ability to work with cross-functional teams and personalities
  • Comfortable working with Mac 
  • Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Prior experience with CRM, sales, and/or business operations a plus 
  • A plus if you have passion for the Firearms Market
